All about Queens Road Playgroup Tots
At Queens Road Playgroup Tots our purpose is to provide a stimulating and happy environment for the children to learn social and physical skills through play and a range of organised activities.
Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage. The four themes of the EYFS are:

The four principles of the EYFS are:
- every child is a competent learner from birth who can be resilient, capable, confident and self assured
- children learn to be strong and independent from a base of loving and secure relationships with parent and/or a key person

- children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates and all areas of learning and development are equally important and inter-connected

Admission policy
Depending on spaces available, a child will be offered a playgroup tots place in the term before they are due to start at playgroup (2yrs 4mths).
If we have a waiting list, children will be offered a place in the order in which they appear in the waiting list book.
