Session Details and Daily Routine

Playgroup Hours

Monday	8.45 -11.45		12.30 – 3.30 pm
Tuesday	8.45 -11.45		12.30 – 3.30 pm
Wednesday	8.45 -11.45	11.45 - 12.15 (Lunch club)	12.30 – 2.30 pm (Tots session)
Thursday	8.45 -11.45		12.30 – 3.30 pm
Friday	8.45 -11.45	11.45 - 12.15 (Lunch club)	12.30 – 2.30 pm (Tots session)

Parents will have the flexibility of dropping off between 8.45am and 9.15am for the morning sessions.

On a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon sessions, parents will have the flexibility of picking children up between 3 and 3.30pm.

Playgroup Daily Routine

Morning Session Afternoon Session

8.45am – 9.15amThe children arrive and after settling the child, the parent/carer leave. Free Play

9.15am registration is taken with all the children and staff sitting on the large carpet.

9.25am The children can take part in an activity of their choice.

10.25am craft activities are put away.

10.30am Milk, water and snack are provided at snack time.

10.45am Children can take part in an activity of their choice.

11.05 am tidy up time

11.10am Small group time.

11.25am All children and staff return to large carpet to participate in an action song.
All of the staff and the children have Storytime together.

11.35am –children collect their coats from coat peg with staff.

11.45am The manager opens the door and parents come in and collect their child from the story carpet.

12.30pm The children arrive and after settling the child, the parent/carer leave.

12.40pm registration is taken with all the children and staff sitting on the large carpet.

12.50pm The children can take part in an activity of their choice.

1.50am craft activities are put away.

1.55pm Milk, water and snack are provided at snack time.

2.10pm children can take part in an activity of their choice.

2.25pm tidy up time

2.30pm Small group time.

2.45pm All children and staff return to large carpet to participate in an action song.
All of the staff and the children have Storytime together.

3- 3.30pm.The manager opens the door and parents come in and collect their child from the story carpet. Then all the remaining children have free play.

Tot's Sessions Daily Routine

12.30 pm –The children arrive and after settling the child, the parent/carer leave. Free Play

12.40pm registration is taken with all the children and staff sitting on the large carpet.

12.50pm The children can take part in an activity of their choice.

1.25pm craft activities are put away.

1.30pm Milk, water and snack are provided at snack time.

1.45pm Children can take part in an activity of their choice.

2.15 pm tidy up time

2.20 pm All children and staff return to large carpet to participate in an action song/game.

All of the staff and the children have Storytime together.

2.30pm The manager opens the door and parents come in and collect their child from the story carpet.
