
All about Queens Road Playgroup
Queens Road Playgroup is the longest established playgroup in Royston. The playgroup was originally set up in 1962.
Queens Road Playgroup is a not for profit organisation and managed by Judy Porto.
At Queen’s road playgroup our purpose is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for the children to learn social and physical skills through play and a range of organised activities.
We are a very caring and dedicated group of fully trained staff, offering high quality care and education for all of the children.
Every child is assigned a key person will record the children’s play and learning and put this information in the individual record books. These books are available to parents at anytime.
We are registered with OFSTED and hold the Hertfordshire Quality Standards Kite mark.
Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage.
